Refund policy

 Diana Jane takes great care in processing your order and packaging your prints. Should damage occur during delivery a full refund will be honoured. Photographic evidence will be required before a refund will be processed.

If you change your mind and want an exchange you will be liable for the return postage and all work must be in perfect condition.
